Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients
35 g oats
60 g banana
100 ml almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
140 g vanilla yogurt (I use too good)
mixed berries to top
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. In a blender cup, blend all ingredients besides the vanilla yogurt and mixed berries. Spray an oven safe bowl with cooking spray. Once ingredients are blended, pour into oven safe bowl and place in oven for 25 minutes. It should come out looking a bit like a cake! Then, add your yogurt, berries, and any other toppings you would like. Place in the air fryer at 350 F for another 5 minutes. I find this works really well to heat up the yogurt and frozen berries fast as opposed to the oven. Take out, let cool, and enjoy!
I love eating these before or after a workout because they have a lot of good carbs to keep you full and give you energy. They work especially well before a big leg day :)
