The Perfect High Protein Yogurt Bowl
I have been a fan of yogurt bowls for years, and I have finally cracked the code on the tastiest, most nutrient dense bowl that will keep you full for hours!

Ingredients:
170 g vanilla greek yogurt
126 g frozen mixed berries (1 serving)
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
½ serving Pure Elizabeth Granola
1 tbsp peanut butter or pb fit
Dash of cinnamon
6 g honey
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into a bowl and enjoy! One thing to note is that if you seed cycle, this would be a great recipe to add your seeds to! Refer to my seed cycling article if you are unsure what I am talking about-> but the four major seeds are ground pumpkin, flax, sesame, and sunflower seeds!
