Turkey, Spinach, Craisin Wrap!

Macros: 275 cals, 32 g protein, 38 g carbs, 16 g fiber

Ingredients

  • 1 carb balance tortillas

  • 4 pieces sliced turkey (roughly 100 g)

  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese (I use good culture)

  • 15 g craisins (try to get the ones with less added sugar!)

  • 15 g spinach

  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning

Directions

Grab all your ingredients! Mix your cottage cheese and ranch seasoning together. Once mixed, spread on tortilla. Scatter craisins down evenly on top of the cottage cheese. Lay down your four pieces of turkey evenly on top of the turkey and craisins. Place spinach on top of turkey and roll it up! I find they are easiest to pack when you cut them in half and use toothpicks to keep them all wrapped up!
